We believe that customer care is the highest of priorities. We firmly believe that
each client, their personnel, visitors and customers should receive the highest
levels of attention, courtesy, communication skills, efficiency, good manners, and
personal presentation and that our staff should be ambassadors for both assertion

Each staff members receives customer service and care training. They are then hand
picked to match each specific site so as to ensure a high level of customer care
delivery.
Essential Criteria:
To achieve the main objectives and level of service required we identified the following
criteria:
- The recruitment and retention of well trained, motivated, experienced and smart
operatives (between the ages of 18-55 years) with a high level of interpersonal
skills that are fluent in English.
- Document contract monitoring and liaison with all staff on site and clients on a
regular basis.

Instructions for you. A ‘proactive’ rather than ‘reactive’ approach towards the
cleaning at your address. Regular documented liaison with you to establish and monitor
adherence to established performance criteria
