Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, we have a comprehensive insurance of totalling £15million; it covers public
liability, employer liability, employee liability, product liability. Our insurance
policy also covers theft and loss keys. A copy is available on request.
How much do you charge per hour?
Our hourly fee varies according to the nature of the assignment. When you contact
us we ask you relevant questions and arrange a visit to conduct a free site survey.
After the site survey (which we can usually conduct within 24 hours of contact)
you can be guaranteed a very competitive price- which normally is within 2 hour
from inspection.
Who provides the materials and equipment?
We do - all you need to provide is access, water and power supply.
What happens if I am dissatisfied with a particular service/s?
In the very unlikely event of dissatisfaction, you only need to call our 24 hours
help desk and you are guaranteed an immediate response from the operation manager
who would put things right. We'd also re-do the job at no cost.

Do you work on short notice?
Yes – we specialise in that. Our customers come back due to our quick turn-around
Do you provide janitorial supplies?
Yes we do. Together with the equipment and detergents needed for the cleaning process,
we can supply your office with toilet paper, paper hand towels, liquid soap, bin
liners, refuse sacks, dishwasher detergents, washing up liquid, kitchen rolls. Just
give us a call and we will provide all you’re janitorial and hygiene products at
a very competitive rate. Our own brand is available on request.
Do you work before or after working hours?
We can work at any time, 24 hours a day, and seven days a week – subject it suit
you the client, cause you come first.
